As a Lead Associate Creative Director (ACD) Digital, you'll help shape the creative vision for digital content and experiences across Target.com and app. You are able to autonomously lead large bodies of work, including providing clear direction and feedback to a team of designers, art directors, and copywriters, as well as perform art direction and design tasks yourself. You will act as a key point of contact for our internal partner teams, helping to move the work forward, ensuring key milestones are met while delivering on-brand creative that inspires our Guests and meets Target's strategic and business objectives. You will be an influential advocate for the work, able to thoughtfully present creative solutions, articulate considerations and convincingly highlight how objectives are met. You are adaptable, able to navigate an ever-changing business environment and digital landscape, able to act independently to solve problems, while continually working to build expertise in your respective business unit. About you:

· 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience

· 7 - 10 years of relevant professional experience

· Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software and Mac platform

· Strong creative portfolio demonstrating breadth of digital design, typography, and photo art direction capabilities

· Strong understanding of digital user experience best practices, tools, and technology

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface and present to all levels of the organization

· Think strategically, critically and creatively

· Action oriented with ability to prioritize and drive results

· Desire and ability to learn quickly - self-starting, highly motivated, fast working

· Collaborative influencer with a clear POV and ability to establish rapport with peers

· Adept at managing multiple, concurrent and complex projects

· Ability to identify the need for change and lead teams through it

· Flexible to travel as needed

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target. The salary range is :$87,900.00 USD - $158,200.00 USD. Pay is based on several factors which may include, but are not limited to education, work experience, certifications, labor markets, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
