Cargill, Incorporated seeks a full-time Global Supply Chain Design Manager in Wayzata, MN. The Global Supply Chain Design Manager serves as a subject matter authority and oversees business projects to support long-term supply chain strategies and business goals. This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related field plus four (4) years of related supply chain experience. Alternatively, this position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related field plus six (6) years of related progressive, post-baccalaureate supply chain experience. Must also have 18 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) applying mathematical modeling methods, including Linear Programming, Mixed Integer Programming, Simulation and Statistical Methods, to provide solutions to complex business questions; (2) reviewing and analyzing Supply Chain and Sales data to support accurate representation of the operational environment in the mathematically defined model; (3) facilitating and leading cross-functional (Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain) project teams on project scope; (4) utilizing physical and information flow processes of multiple core areas in supply chain, such as manufacturing, sourcing, warehousing, and transportation; (5) utilizing commercial modeling applications that leverage the methodologies of simulation, statistics, and optimization; and (6) preparing and giving supply chain analytics presentations to executive-level leaders in Fortune 100+ companies. Will accept experience gained before, during, or after Master's program. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Up to 10% of international and domestic travel required.
