As a Sr Manager FP&A, MFA Planning & Ops, you will support enterprise inventory health, assessing internal and external factors impacting Target's diverse portfolio of businesses. You will be a key resource to build the team's inventory acumen as well as support external inventory performance storytelling. Through cross-functional partnership, you will support the development of inventory goals that align with our sales, margin and cash flow targets. Proactively identifying risks through performance management and tool development will be critical to influence action to achieve financial aspirations.

About you:

• 6-9 years finance and business experience
• Strong analytical acumen to identify and analyze emerging business trends leveraging internal/external sources
• Outstanding communication skills to curate succinct messages on complex topics
• Influential business partner with an ability to gain alignment across multiple stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Project management skills to manage weekly routines and prioritize emerging topics
