Chief Executive Officer/Mission Leader

Samaritan Bethany Inc., a not-for-profit, faith-based senior living and healthcare organization based in Rochester, MN and serving seniors in Rochester and the surrounding communities for over 100 years, is searching for a Chief Executive Officer. Our unique community offers an array of senior housing and healthcare options, from independent living apartments to assisted living, memory care, short term rehab and skilled nursing. The CEO is directly accountable to the Board of Directors and is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Samaritan Bethany and in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and regulations. The successful candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience, including prior experience with companies of similar size and scope. An advanced degree and a current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator or Assisted Living Director License is preferred.

The candidate must also possess business savvy, the ability to integrate and coordinate diverse areas of management, and an understanding of the dynamics within the aging services marketplace. Additionally, the candidate must be a strategic thinker and a visionary leader who uses creativity to address the needs of future seniors and ensure long term viability of Samaritan Bethany.
