Human Resources Generalist - FT
2023 Wage: $72,240-$90,301 (annual salary) DOQ, plus excellent benefits

Job Summary: Responsibilities include a variety of human resource functions that include recruitment, coordination of employee benefits, DOT testing and recordkeeping, workers compensation, COBRA, and FMLA administration. In addition, candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a desire for innovative and successful recruitment and retention efforts. This position reports to the City Administrator.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in business management, human resources, or a related field, three years of related human resources management work experience in a responsible administrative support position preferably in a public sector organization. Experience with applicant tracking and benefit administration systems and union contract negotiation/collective bargaining desired.
