Working as a Creative Digital Media Program Manager, you will guide capabilities and technical architecture to enable dynamic, custom, and static experiences for our guest. You will work with internal cross-functional teams, external partners, and lead day-to-day campaigns across digital media strategy, technology, marketing, and execution. You will be a consult on "how" Creative work is successfully accomplished within your assigned business to deliver the best guest experience. Bring your expertise in managing complex projects and obtaining exceptional results from cross-functional teams and external partners.

Working as a Creative Digital Media Program Manager, you will guide capabilities and technical architecture to enable dynamic, custom, and static experiences for our guest. - Provide digital media strategy for the internal creative team, create multi-channel, end-to-end project development and execution strategies and methods within the digital creative space.
- Establish strategies with Senior Manager and other senior leadership for achieving channel/business goals that align to broader Target/Target Creative vision
- Drive creative consistency and connect the dots between internal and external partners working on the same program by identifying gaps, removing roadblocks, clarifying roles & responsibilities, and facilitating connections.
- Foster a sense of urgency and resiliency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles.
- Maintaining strong user advocacy through support, training and communication of program details
- Responsible for coordinating and managing program specific work to deliver for multiple stakeholders across products / projects.

About you:
- 4 year degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 6-8 years of digital media experience
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong spreadsheet (excel, smartsheet) and presentation skills
- Ability to find common ground, push for consistency where possible and navigate competing interests
- Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.)
- Comfortable working in grey spac and in adjacency emerging technologies
