The Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council (PLRAC) is currently accepting applications for the position of Executive Director.
The Council serves the artistic communities of a 9-county area of southcentral MN by supporting the creation and presentation of diverse art forms, fostering equitable access to arts opportunities, and integrating arts and culture to enhance quality of life in our communities.
The Executive Director will hold primary responsibility for ensuring the overall achievement of organization including goals, plans, transparent financial management and accountability, community relations, representation/liaison among regional, state, and national Arts Organizations and for maintaining a highly effective grant management program. The Executive Director reports to the PLRAC Board of Directors and supervises a staff of two. The Executive Director will be guided by the PLRAC Strategy, the PLRAC Policy & Procedures Manual and PLRAC By-Laws. The position is full-time, exempt with an excellent benefits package. Minimum salary is $50,000 commensurate with experience.
