You will accelerate and prove new concepts that differentiate the guest experience or advance Owned Brand's operating model from exploration to activation. Working with the Director and the rest of the team, you will manage and maintain the Owned Brand innovation ecosystem, track portfolios, and create a portfolio performance dashboard for reporting. You will be responsible for documenting the process, building case studies, and creating communications for the Owned Brand Innovation Engine group. This could include (but is not limited to):

  • Collaboratively participate and develop new concepts by helping to coach and facilitate various workshops throughout the innovation process, whether for ideating a new business model or a testing hypothesis.
  • Help to execute the learning plan. Gather evidence of proof/disproof, and leverage qualitative and quantitative data from experiments to assess the opportunity's desirability, feasibility, and viability.
  • Manage and maintain the operation of Owned Brand innovation ecosystem, including project intake, project tracking, portfolio dashboard, reporting, and contracts with external service providers.
  • Partner with Sr. Managers and Director to document best practices and develop, update, and formalize the Owned Brand Innovation Engine Playbook.
