As the Senior Creative Resources BP, Strategy & Ops, you will drive operational excellence across a variety of functional teams within Target Creative. You'll do so by bringing your knowledge of technology, marketing and creative to deliver data-driven problem-solving approaches and tech solutions. You will help your team identify gaps and bring forward innovative solutions to ensure Target creatives technology can evolve to meet business needs, industry advancements and that creatives have what they need to do their jobs efficiently. This includes researching emerging technology/industry standards, surveying users regularly, partnering with Target Tech teams to advocate for Target Creative specific needs. You will manage all aspects of 3rd party technology from building business cases to managing implementation of solutions that drive the success of key initiatives for Target Creative. You will partner with Creative teams, Operations, Target in India, Target Tech and Product Management to build a technology roadmap. Additionally, you will advocate for Target Creative with business stakeholders across the organization building strong relationships and championing cross organizational projects.

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target. The salary range is :$67,600.00 USD - $121,700.00 USD. Pay is based on several factors which may include, but are not limited to education, work experience, certifications, labor markets, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family. Core Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of tool lifecycle from acquisition, consolidation to decommissioning.
- Maintain a tool inventory and roadmap.
- Build and maintain a process for: software acquisition, maintenance, user feedback, prioritization, and user education.
- Partner regularly with Target Tech and Product Owners to evaluate current technology against emerging tech and enterprise builds.
- Lead Target Creative technology custom builds with external vendors and Target Tech. Ensuring all solutions meet Target security standards.
- Set technology standards and guidelines that enable creative teams to have a consistent and efficient approach to executing work.
- Advocate for Target Creative needs and enterprise tool enhancements.
About You
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of practical experience, including strategic operations consulting roles, marketing, technology, product ownership, or other applicable industry experience
- Familiarity with project/resource management, creative/design tools and technologies including expertise in Smartsheet & Smartsheet Resource Management.
- Experience working with technology or product management partners
- Ability to manage and execute complex projects in many different stages and work with ambiguity
- Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to break down problems into fundamental parts, identify root causes, synthesize findings, and make informed decisions
- Ability to build relationships across the organization
- Ability to work both independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit with analytical, data driven decision-making, project management and organizational skills
