As a leader on the Enterprise Growth Activation, Commercialization team, you will be part of an agile team of hybrid thinkers, actively leveraging each other's skills and knowledge, with a bias towards action to deliver timely business impact. We will think strategically and envision bold, different and new opportunities for Target and evangelize these with senior leaders and functional peers.

As a Manager, Commercialization - Optical/Vision and Growth, you will be leading growth businesses at various stages from commercialization and scaling to living in a start-up testing, and iterating based on rigorous Guest, Financial, and Operational viability measures. You also will leading Target's optical/vision services partnership, together with broad internal CFT partners and external vendor partners, collaborating effectively to deliver industry leading guest experiences and financial results. Using your strategic problem solving skills, you will drive process improvements and identify business risks and opportunities that will have direct impact on financial and operational direction setting.

You will develop & operationalize processes and tools to integrate into cross functional work enabling the team to drive multiple projects simultaneously. Within your team of Enterprise Growth peers, you will have access to creative and brilliant team members with whom you will connect to compare ideas, methodology, and approach. About you:
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience -- such as Merchandising/Capabilities/Growth (including Buying, Planning, Promotions, etc), Store Operations, Category Management
  • Experience leading complex projects and enterprise strategies
  • Highly committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workspace and business
  • Strong strategic, financial, and analytical skills; can easily translate data from an array of sources into insights and recommendations
  • Strong collaboration, connection, and influencing skills to partner with cross-functional teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical, decision-making, project management, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize among competing deliverables and collaborate with and influence a broad group of partners and stakeholders
  • Remote eligible
  • Travel less than 25%


This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target. The salary range is :$67,600.00 USD - $121,700.00 USD. Pay is based on several factors which may include, but are not limited to education, work experience, certifications, labor markets, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
