DUTIES
Assessing and recording of resident's nutritional status, conveying resident information to interdisciplinary team at care conferences, monitoring assigned dining areas, modifying computerized resident dietary records.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a Registered Dietitian; Bachelor's degree in Nutrition ; Clinical experience in long term care and transitional care preferred. Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to clinical nutrition.
