A role within the Assets Protection team means being part of a team that deliver a safe and secure culture in every supply chain building, build a culture of awareness and actionable insights to mitigate shortage risks in order to drive sales, improve accuracy and in-stocks through theft prevention and resolution, and lead through crisis events to protect our guest, team and brand.

An Asset Protection Business Partner role in Global Supply Chain means leading, influencing and validating a safe and secure culture by driving physical security process, leading designated multi-site responses in emergency crisis situations and resolving all significant incidents. You will lead a team that educates Supply Chain teams on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures. Your role will be to communicate designated multi-site Assets Protection strategies and priorities, including tactical plans, training and expectations, to your team, peers and leadership. You will be financially accountable to your designated sites by prioritizing and driving continuous improvement. You will establish a culture of accountability for your teams through clear expectations and performance management. Your skills for planning and execution will take center stage as you set individual and team priorities and proactively structure resources to meet them. Open and articulate communication will be key to presenting the big picture, and your commitment to "walk the walk" will show solidarity as you spend time in a facility daily, observing and interacting with your team members.

About you:
  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of retail and/or supply chain loss prevention experience
  • Knowledge of physical security, investigations, and crisis leadership practices
  • Proven execution skills and ability to drive change
  • Experience influencing key business partners
  • Quickly adapt to changing priorities and tasks
  • Work in high intensity situations with composure and ease
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
