needed by Norlake, Inc. at our Hudson, WI office to design and develop products and systems from conception through completion from self-contained refrigeration applications. Apply product and systems design criteria for commercial refrigeration equipment to design new and existing products including new energy conservation standard (10 CFR 431.66), test proven standard (10 CFR 431.64), Underwriters Laboratory, National Sanitation Foundation, and Intertek. Design and develop new products and improve existing products with emphasis on aesthetic design and manufacturability using sheet metal materials. Design drawings and models, develop Bill of Materials (BOM's), and assist in routings through utilizing 2D drawing, 3D modeling, parametric modeling and photorealistic rendering CAD software including Inventor Professional and SolidWorks. Determine required system capacities, perform calculations for factors such as loads and piping sizes and lay out designs using appropriate software including Sporlan SVD, Heatcraft ProSelect, and Emerson PSS. Integrate refrigeration systems and design into product assemblies. Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Engineering with emphasis or specialization in Mechanical Engineering or closely related degree and 2 years of experience in the above job duties.
