Description: The pay range is $87,900.00 - $158,200.00

A role in Finance Capabilities means partnering with Finance, technology, data science and analytics leaders to co-create solutions that maximizes business value and enables key strategies that are critical to the enterprise and for the experiences we create for our guests. Truly an owner and expert of your product and underlying processes, you will set the vision, align on the roadmap and mobilize teams to deliver needed outcomes. Given most strategies have a Finance impact, you will also serve as a trusted resource to guide other enterprise partners in their solutions to ensure the success and integrity of end-to-end deliverables.
As a Lead Process Engineer, you will lead the strategy, program management, and governance of process improvement opportunities for your business function and its dependencies across other business functions. You will direct and provide partnership across your portfolio where process improvement and cross-product collaboration is needed. You will play a key role in the establishment and communication of the strategic themes or initiatives that drive the investments and strategy for your business function. You will champion the critical process excellence competencies and proficiencies needed to drive value through all initiatives across your business function's portfolio. You will execute the strategic approach for leveraging the process excellence skillsets across the portfolio to maximize value delivered through process improvement and efficiency efforts.
You will be a subject matter expert in your business function processes, demonstrating strong business analysis skills, and drawing out opinions and facts. You will elicit information from stakeholders knowledgeable about the business process during process design workshops, demos, one-to-ones, and from documentation to understand the business user perspective. You will synthesize this with technical, methodical, and organization concepts into a coherent Business Process Management (BPM) methodology. You will have a strong mathematical and statistical competency for data acquisition, analytics, and calculating process optimization to determine how small inputs can result in large changes. You will lead, execute, and coach others on robust time study design and execution.
You will prioritize your business function's highest value-added work, while creating an atmosphere of empowerment. You will structure and drive your business function's standards, measuring operational efficiency and goal setting to drive continuous improvement in all recurring processes, including the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurements for your business function. You will identify and prioritize the greatest opportunities for process improvement efforts in your business function, and develop a portfolio approach to solving, managing risks, and implementing mitigation activities.

About You:
- Four-year degree - preferably in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or Business related area
- 5+ years of experience in technical/financial capabilities
- 3+ years of experience leading process improvement or business transformation efforts leveraging and adapting standard process and problem-solving tools to drive value (e.g., Lean SixSigma)
- Strong operational and functional understanding of business capabilities across a large enterprise/company and effective at cross-functional collaboration with strong consulting, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrates strong team leadership skills with proven ability to empower, influence, and align teams
- Expert problem-solving, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills, along with a strategic mindset and strong ability for strategic planning, defining OKRs and driving business outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills and ability to influence at an individual, group, and organizational level
