Play an integral role in coordinating, executing, and scaling all go-to-market activities across Roundel. This will require leveraging a detailed understanding of the Retail Media landscape to identify opportunities that advance our strategic positioning and deliver on our growth objectives. You will work in close partnership with a diverse stakeholder group across Roundel and broader Target to implement these strategies - ensuring robust cross-functional alignment at each step of the way. You will be a strategic thought leader, possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and have a good understanding of marketing, media products, and the digital industry.
A successful candidate will be an integral member of the Roundel Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations team.Job Duties:
- Develop activation initiatives and strategies to support or accomplish broader Go-To-Market OKRs.
Who You Are:
- Partner closely and influence cross-functional stakeholders as needed to drive progress against key workstreams
- Drive analyses using internal and external data sources to define / inform / develop our go-to-market strategies across sales segments and/or products
- Support key aspects of our go-to-market operations - business planning and revenue operations, product commercialization, seasonal/key moment activation, and/or the development of sales resources and insights
- Project manage the coordination and collaboration with partners across teams to maximize strategic impact of work.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Digital Media Sales/Account Management, Management Consulting, or equivalent experience in an organization
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into actionable insights and recommendations
- Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
