Description: The pay range per hour is $16.30 - $27.69

As a Bindery Specialist-Shelf Label Strip, you'll work in a team environment and participate in the finishing and kitting of printed marketing, promotional and training materials. In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Operating, scanning, merging, packaging, and other small finishing equipment.
- Running and participating in assembly projects with peers and contractors.
- Assisting Hunkeler Operators in producing quality finished products.
- Setting up jobs and following instructions to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.
- Maintaining or exceeding all quality standards and maintaining strict adherence to all operational, safety, and quality procedures.
- Troubleshooting and making simple repairs, as necessary.
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
- Helping in other work areas if needed to support business needs.

About you:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to work and follow prescribed processes and direction independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to read, understand and follow job instructions.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time.
