Description: The pay range is $109,000.00 - $196,200.00

A role in Finance Capabilities means partnering with Finance, technology, data science and analytics leaders to co-create solutions that maximizes business value and enables key strategies that are critical to the enterprise and for the experiences we create for our guests. Truly an owner and expert of your product and underlying processes, you will set the vision, align on the roadmap and mobilize teams to deliver needed outcomes. Given most strategies have a Finance impact, you will also serve as a trusted resource to guide other enterprise partners in their solutions to ensure the success and integrity of end-to-end deliverables.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will work in the product model and partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy and related roadmap. You will set key business objectives (OKRs) for the Core Finance system - SAP S/4 HANA. You will leverage the knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, as well as business feedback, and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will lead SAP S/4 HANA upgrades for your assigned capability in Finance and work in unison with engineers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver the product.
You will be the "voice of the product" to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the market. You will also maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.
You will coordinate the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. About you:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of product management experience working with SAP technologies in the Finance space with proven ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
- SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience with expertise in the following business functions is required - Project systems & Fixed assets.
- Expert at working in the agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
- Strategic mindset with strong ability to do strategic planning with business decision makers, defining OKRs based off that, and driving the key results
- Expert problem-solving, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
