Description: The pay range is $53,700.00 - $96,700.00

A role on the Enterprise Insights team means you will be a champion for our current and future guests, inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. Under your leadership, your team will help partners build consumer-centric strategies and activations.
As an Insights Analyst, Marketing Effectiveness, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Marketing & Brand Insights and have responsibility for bringing forward actionable insights about our guests that increase engagement with Target. You will be focused on understanding how Target's marketing communications are being perceived and bringing insights that help shape marketing strategies -- all with a goal of driving increased relevance of Target.
You will be responsible for leading the process of gathering marketing creative and setting up campaigns for quantitative tracking. You will partner with internal team members and external partners to execute work. Most importantly, you will learn the fundamentals of Insights and retail.

About you:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of work experience in Marketing Research, Consumer Insights, and/or Experience Insights
- Knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated and first-party insight tools
- Ability to analyze consumer data and communicate findings in a compelling way to leaders and cross-functional team members.
