Description: The pay range is $67,600.00 - $121,700.00

The Target Enterprise Services (TES) organization is close to the action when it comes to communication-whether with guests or Target team members. From guest service professionals and product designers, to vendor managers and financial and workforce management analysts, TES comprises several key and high-visibility areas that elevate and nurture Target's distinctive reputation. Beyond our world-class contact centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other TES teams like the TES Operations and Product Team, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Contact Center Support Services (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our contact centers. TES Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (REDcard, GiftCard). Our Bank Program and included credit risk and compliance functions manage Merchandise Finance, Capital Finance, Expense Management and Financial Goals and Forecasts. And the TES Controller heads up TES Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.

As a Sr Analyst TES Operations, you will own supporting ongoing business strategy changes and leading key Target initiatives that impact strategy and system processing. You are responsible for daily coordination and research while driving system stability, peak activities and audit and evidence gathering. You will support and manage various businesses areas and technical partner relationships focused on building strong partnership alignment and SME expertise. You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as, inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with various business and technical teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

About you:
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or systems analyst; experience in financial services preferred
• Self-starter with demonstrated technical aptitude and the ability to lead projects, multitask, and drive results with minimal direction
• Experience with technical implementations, from requirements through production implementation
• Effectively interacts with vendor and internal partners to negotiate mutually beneficial solutions

• Previous experience with Fiserv 3270 Green Screen Credit Systems preferred
