Summary: The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is the primary storyteller and content creator, and advances the image, story, and awareness within the markets we serve throughout the customer lifecycle. In this role, you must inspire others to; learn about Wolf Ridge, attend a program, or contribute support, by modeling the passion of our mission through narrative, images, video, and marketing collateral. As the Sales & Marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns through cross-team collaboration, and maintain relationships with digital and print vendors, and marketing agencies. Alongside, you will support the sales process; evaluate campaign performance; and conduct market research. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will also support our fundraising program and brand related needs of our operations department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES Sales & Marketing  Work directly with sales & marketing director to develop necessary assets and execute on the sales and marketing strategy.  Support the acquisition and conversion of sales leads, along with related CRM data management, to achieve revenue goals.  Responsible for creating and maintaining all marketing assets, including print, digital, campus signage and displays.  Support timely reporting of key tracking metrics and marketing scorecard.  Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors on design, copy, image, and content needs for all programs, and donor solicitations.  Coordinate and support events, conferences and tradeshows, and develop related marketing materials.  Collaborate with the store manager to maintain the Wolf Ridge brand in merchandising items in the retail store and online.  Support the marketing related needs of the Wolf Ridge board of directors. ç Social Media  Responsible for managing the social media program strategy, and tracking, including creation of content with the goal of increasing engagement across all social media platforms.  Manage paid advertising needs, budget and tracking. Editorial & Website  Maintain all Wolf Ridge websites to include design, content, and functionality.  Manage the editorial calendar and create all publications (print and digital); including annual reports, internal and external newsletters, and blog content; distributing to channels that engage our constituents.  Coordinate with program staff for layout, design and publishing of lesson plan documents.  Design the annual Wolf Ridge calendar and coordinate with artist, printer, and material suppliers. Public Relations  Promote the organization through coordinating public relations initiatives and distributing press releases.  Coordinate media relationships and support press interviews as needed. 2) SUPERVISORY STATUS This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. 3) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  Bachelor’s degree or 3 years related work experience.  Must be able to demonstrate writing skills.  Experience in digital marketing and strategy planning.  Experience with lead management throughout the customer sales lifecycle.  Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience and creating digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.  Demonstrate experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing platforms, and CRM databases.  Experience with A/B and multivariate testing is desirable.  Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.  Experience in creating and optimizing paid search campaigns.  Working knowledge of HTML & CSS development is desirable. 4) OTHER QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS  Direct marketing  Market segmentation  Marketing research  Project management  Customer relationship management (CRM)  Budget tracking  Event planning  Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp (or similar) WordPress (preferred) Certificates, Licenses, Registrations  Valid Class C driver's license
