Description: The pay range is $87,900.00 - $158,200.00

As a Planning Operations lead, you will take the lead in providing rich business insights for the Planning Organization, while leading cross enterprise planning initiatives that enable strategy and streamline work across the function. In close partnership with the Merchandising roundtable and Planning Leadership, you will take on the coordination of developing a program plan and create the learning plans to successfully deliver the objectives of your assigned work stream. You will drive the creation of cross functional teams, coordination of resources, and work with Business Owners and Enterprise Teams to prioritize work against overarching project goals. This individual establishes program management and prioritization routines with key partners, including the thoughtful sequencing of the work, ensuring clarity with priorities and establishment of milestones and measurement. You will ensure a common understanding of goals, objectives and outcomes across a diverse and vast set of stakeholder groups as well as Sr. Leadership. This role requires a leader who is curious, has excellent collaboration and communication skills, is willing to take risks, is a critical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset, has strong analytical skillset and financial background, and has experience working across and integrating a variety of data sets to gather insights and tell a story.

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.

About you
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong financial acumen, enterprise financial acumen, and deep retail accounting knowledge
- Strong analytical skillset with advanced knowledge of excel and comfort with large data sets
- Strong communication skills with ability to craft problem statements and story tell visually with data
- Ability to think in terms of future state, improve the status quo, and chart clear paths forward
- Ability to create, document, and manage enterprise-wide process simply and effectively
- Ability to lead and manage multiple parallel efforts and cross functional teams
- Comfortable navigating and leading through ambiguous situations, diverse set of stakeholders and being able to influence Sr. Leadership and subject matter experts
