ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of eight years of experience in the field, ideally from the MEP or AEC industry. The ideal candidate will be a licensed engineer with a proven track record in managing and leading projects. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects, leading teams and contributing to the development of a structured and comprehensive project management roadmap alongside other members of the leadership team.



  • Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with industry standards
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and cohesive project deliverables
  • Utilize project management methodologies to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development within the company
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of a structured project management roadmap



  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the MEP or AEC industry
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
  • Proven project management experience, demonstrating successful project delivery and team leadership



  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies and processes
  • Familiarity with sustainable design principles and energy-efficient engineering solutions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
