IBM Corporation, Rochester, MN: Perform professional electrical engineering Electromagnetic Compliance (EMC) duties as a member of the engineering team. Direct electrical technicians work to support engineering testing of IT hardware. Read and interpret international EMC and company standards to EMC test procedures, prove results, and direct electronic technicians. Supervise interns and technicians daily work activities. Maintain EMC product ownership of the company's computer and storage systems while ensuring its worldwide Electromagnetic Compliance posture. Verify EMC conformity and reports status to upper management. Design computer applications and supervise computer programming work of others. Utilize Python, C programming, Cadence, PCB, and LabView. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related and two (2) years of experience as a Developer, Technician or related.
