Our client Bearpath Golf and Country Club located in Eden Prairie, MN, has a career opportunity for a highly motivated, hands-on individual as their Accounting and Finance Specialist. This position will work closely with the Controller and perform day-to-day activities relevant to accounting. Key responsibilities include Accounts Payable processing, month-end journal entries, end-of-month report preparation, bank reconciliations, sales tax preparation, budgeting, credit card reconciliations and cash flow management. This individual will work closely with leaders across departments.

Qualifications include 3-5 years of related accounting experience. An Associates or Bachelors in Accounting is preferred. Hands-on experience with accounts payable, inventory, cash flow and bank reconciliation are necessary. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and computer skills are essential to this position. Golf or country club industry experience is a plus.
