Strategic Support Analyst

(Anaplan, Inc. - Minneapolis, MN; FT): Proactively engage w/ a portfolio of Anaplan customers to ensure their continued success. Engage with support issues, providing sophisticated product support to our worldwide customer base, & making customers self-sufficient so that they can expand & quickly make Anaplan their spine of decision making. Reqs a Bach's deg, or foreign equiv., in Finance, Accounting, or a rel. field, & 1 yr of exp. in the job off'd or in a rel. occupation. 1 yr of exp. must include: Building multi-dimensional financial models & analyzing the multi-dimensional reporting model; Implmtg SAP integration & using Splunk to search the error logs.
