In this role, you'll gain a realistic job preview into Store Operations at Target. You'll apply your knowledge focused on: retail operations, process improvements, problem solving, project management, communication, technology, and collaboration across the enterprise. We'll be supporting you along the way with onboarding, training, and assigning you a mentor and manager to help you grow.

In this role you will:

• Gain an understanding of retail business fundamentals and Target Store Operations
• Build relationships with internal partners to understand business challenges, define key milestones and explore solutions
• Apply company-established practices and processes to improve team member and guest experience
• Communicate project updates and results, seek feedback to improve processes for Target Stores
• Gather and analyze data to solve problems and share project recommendations to key stakeholders

Required:

• High school degree
• Student of the Doughty Family College
