- Gain an understanding of retail business fundamentals and Target Store Operations
- Build relationships with internal partners to understand business challenges, define key milestones and explore solutions
- Apply company-established practices and processes to improve team member and guest experience
- Communicate project updates and results, seek feedback to improve processes for Target Stores
- Gather and analyze data to solve problems and share project recommendations to key stakeholders

About You:
Required:
- High school degree
- Student of the Doughty Family College

- Entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with partners Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
