Oasys Technologies Inc has openings for the position Project lead with Master's degree in Buss Admin, Engg any, Technology or related & 1 yr of exp to work as liaison with Product Owners/SMEs & cross commit IT teams, QA testers, devs, BAs/ Ops & Stakeholders. Manage SFA/SFT program including CRM/POWER BI, DEX, IBMi, DEX teams & facilitate SFA/SFT product releases/hotfixes. Lead teams, remove roadblocks to their work; leverage resources to improve capacity for project work, mentor & dev team members. Mentor teams to adopt SDLC methods, Agile values, principles & practices, and actively encourage teams to reflect & improve their delivery capacity.

TECHNICAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST - OS021324TPS

Bachelor's degree in Comp Sci, Engg any, Tech or related & 5 yrs of exp to design, develop & implement interfaces & extensions using Facets core services & Facets Data Model. Work on creating web services using Sybase, Oracle 9i/10g, Perl, VBscript, Java, Spring batch a & SQL Server as req'd. Coord w/ the SIT & UAT testing team to provide clarifications on req's. Review deliverables created by the Product Specialist functional, technical & Product Analyst within the track or module. Interface w/ SIT & UAT testers & auditors for the projects. Provide status reports, raise issues, risk dependencies w/ the Product Consultant. Provide impl support & monitor data flow to cover warranty period.

Work location is Eagan, MN with required travel to client locations throughout the USA.
