MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Rochester, MN: Perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment. Design 2D and 3D part designs, and assembly designs by using SolidWorks and CATIA V5 for operator Cab and roll over protection systems. Implement process improvements initiatives using LEAN & 6 Sigma methodology. Develop 3D printing parts, conducted functionality testing, remote testing of parts and assemblies to understand and identify design improvements. Perform topology optimization and FEA analysis in ANSYS for developing the most efficient designs. Conduct Tolerance Analysis of parts and assemblies to meet AS9102 standards. Position requires a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or foreign equivalent. U.S. permanent work authorization is required.
