Description: The pay range is $89,700.00 - $161,500.00

As a Sr. Manager FP&A, Stores Finance - Future State Replenishment and Store Initiatives you will be on the leading edge of Target's future strategies and help influence how those initiatives come to life in Target's stores. You will:

  • Unlock long term workload efficiencies for Stores by influencing the strategic direction and end to end business cases for future replenishment initiatives, including: cycle time reductions, upstream sortation, casepack and planogram optimization, etc.
  • Own the Replenishment LRP, partnering with Store Operations business team to set tops down aspirations for key metrics and creating a bottoms up perspective by integrating the impacts of the above initiatives.
  • Establish holistic workload LRP routines, linking strategy with financials and bottoms up efficiency tactics to shape Target's future workload model and allocation.
  • Support emerging Store Initiatives as needed, including FOS strategy, bringing structure and clarity to assess financial impact and drive alignment amongst leaders.


You will gain direct knowledge of the people, process, and technology required to support $100B+ of annual sales through Target's stores while delivering on the exceptional guest experience that Target is known for. A successful candidate will operate with an enterprise mindset, be a connector that is comfortable working autonomously and cross-functionally, have excellent communication skills, and be naturally curious to uncover areas of opportunity to improve upon process, routines, and unlock efficiency for our stores.

About you:
  • MBA or 4-year college degree with relevant experience
  • 6+ years finance experience and/or business experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze data and effectively story tell
  • Influential business partner, with an ability to gain alignment across multiple stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to work with all levels of management with a high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction, tailoring messages as appropriate
