Description: The pay range is $89,700.00 - $161,500.00

As a Sr Manager FP&A, MFA Planning & Ops you will:
  • Proactively develop in-season enterprise analytics to illuminate emerging trends, identify risks and opportunities, and advance key financial priorities.
  • Manage the routines which support weekly leadership action meetings and enterprise cross-functional workstreams, ensuring prioritization in key focus areas.
  • Support near-term enterprise key strategic initiatives, providing business case analysis, develop and track KPIs, and serve as a connection between the cross-functional teams and finance.
  • Develop crisp visual presentations to focus leaders' attention on critical business levers driving better financial outcomes for Target.
  • Bring holistic Target & external perspective into key business routines to drive more informed decision making.


About you:
  • Four-year college degree, preferably in finance or business-related area. MBA a plus.
  • 6+ years finance experience and/or business experience
  • Strong analytical aptitude and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage weekly routines, and effectively prioritize project deadlines
