Description: The pay range is $125,600.00 - $226,100.00

As the Director of Loyalty, Guest Engagement Planning and Activationyou'll be a driving force in the success of Target Circle, Target's free-to-join Loyalty program, delivering a differentiated and rewarding Target experience for each of our 100M+ members. In this role, you will lead the annual planning and activation of Target Circle's Guest-led engagement strategy in service of our loyalty member lifecycle and overall ecosystem strategy. You will lead a team responsible for determining and delivering the right mix of mass, segmented and personalized offers and rewards to deepen member engagement with Circle and with Target. Your team will be a primary connection between Target Circle and Loyalty Guest Data Product teams, influencing their product roadmap to build a pipeline of
audience targeting and engagement capabilities that will deliver even more personalized and relevant content to Circle members. You will showcase your expertise in collaboration and communication by building partnerships across the enterprise that will enable your team to: integrate Loyalty engagement into the enterprise's strategic planning, alignment, and forecasting routines; test and scale new personalized offers and rewards capabilities; and establish clear roles and accountability across teams to deliver upon the Circle engagement strategy and to
lead the enterprise through a shift to increasingly personalized offers and content. Your team will also closely partner with Loyalty Operations, Marketing and Experience teams to bring Circle engagement plans to life through a best-in-class end-to-end guest experience. Your team will partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to prioritize
measurement stories in service of personalization use cases and global Circle measurement needs. Together you will create, track and manage A/B performance tests; recognizing that a great product experience requires the ability to balance quantitative results with intuition and vision for the long-term guest experience. You will also partner to build and deliver ongoing reporting to enable Circle performance and guest engagement insights and share macro trends and competitive actions in
loyalty industry that are relevant to the category and/or guest mindset. You will deliver strong and continuously improving sales, margin and nps scores through ongoing iteration against the engagement strategy and plans, which will be possible due to the close connection between engagement strategy and measurement.

This role will highlight your strength in leading a team through growing a new capability within a highly matrixed organization, delivering against business needs while also maintaining a high level of focus on the development and culture of the team.

  • 8-12+ years related work experience (algorithm-driven marketing, loyalty engagement strategy, Growth Marketing)

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
