Description: The pay range per hour is $19.62 - $35.29
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Sr. HR Specialist, you will be a key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for team members. Whether through onboarding, performance management or giving leaders and team members the guidance that they need to be successful, you will be a knowledgeable and committed resource. You'll make a positive impact on how team members experience organizational change, and you'll use information and close partnership with leaders to build the teams that achieve their specific business goals.
As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will support Human Resources Directors that have responsibility for the field.
You will provide assistance to the HRDs by acting as a first point of contact for the business. You will ensure compliance and integrity of team member information to gather data and support the plan and execution of cyclical HR processes.

- Coordinate HR functions and general administrative support for HR leadership
- Report directly to the Human Resources Director and closely supports various field leaders
- Track reports and compiles metrics including diversity, turnover, performance management, headcount and other forms of measurement for the HR team
- Assist in calendar management, meeting planning, booking travel, and expense support
- Coordinate training, interview and leadership development events
- Participate in special projects as assigned

- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Flexible team player with strong guest service orientation and ability to interface with individuals from all levels.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to work with highly confidential information.
