INTRODUCTION:

TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT POOL FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Our temporary administrative support positions may include but are not limited to:

• Administrative Assistant

• Financial Specialist

• Student Processing Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications will vary based on the specific opening. Please indicate your qualifications on your resume.

Administrative assistant/support position qualifications may include:

• Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication

• Organizational and administrative skills

• Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people

• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making

SPECIAL NOTES:

Hourly pay rate varies on position and is based upon experience, qualifications and available budget.

Employment is contingent upon the final candidate¿s completing a criminal background check and being cleared to work by the Human Resources Office.
