LEAD PROCESS MANAGER
Target Enterprise, Inc. seeks a full- time Lead Process Manager based at our office in Minneapolis, MN. The Lead Process Manager is responsible for managing strategic initiatives supporting critical Drop Ship Operations metrics. This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field and three (3) years of related supply chain experience. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) supply chain experience. Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: (1) utilizing data to solve problems to enable a dynamic, fast paced Supply Chain Network; (2) extracting, transforming, and cleaning data from SQL server, and modeling using excel macros to view weekly data-driven reporting metrics; (3) preparing performance related KPI reports and metrics in SAP Business Intelligence (BI) and Tableau tools; (4) performing Continuous Root Cause Analysis of the process in SAP BI and running the data analytics to optimize the supply chain network to improve service and save cost; and (5) utilizing and implementing mathematical modeling, simulation and statistical approaches to clearly define problems, build solutions and recommend next steps. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Master's program. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently. Full-time, position located in Minneapolis, MN. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to a Minneapolis-area Target office, as directed. Up to 15% of domestic travel required. Pay range: $98,218 to $158,200/year.
