Best Buy has an opening in Richfield, MN for the position of Software Management Analyst. This position provides a telecommuting benefit, allowing the employee to live anywhere in the continental U.S. Provide analytical support in the process of developing and documenting tech designs, code reviews, and design reviews based on business requirements. Analyze business and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex application problems and system administration issues. Execute business analysis activities, including identifying project risks and issues, monitoring and reporting requirement activities, and participating/facilitating user acceptance testing through internal and/or external resources. Req. Master's degree or equiv. frgn deg. in Int'l. Business or Business, plus at least three (3) years of exp. in software/web development & analyzing bus. processes and problems. At least two (2) years of this exp. must include: (1) using version control tools (CVS, Git, Azure DevOps, and/or SVN); (2) using CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, Gradle, and/or BitBucket); (3) working in retail, analytics, business, or a related area. $107,432/year to $123,843/year.
