STRATEGY ASSOCIATE

Cargill, Incorporated seeks a full-time Corporate Strategy Associate based in Wayzata, Minnesota. The Corporate Strategy Associate works closely with Cargill's Executive Team and other senior business leaders to develop high-impact corporate, business, and function strategies. This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or closely related field and two years of related experience. Must also have 12 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) Evaluating market entry opportunities, developing new business models, defining long-term corporate strategy, and supporting strategy execution; (2) Breaking down ambiguous and complex business problems, developing and testing hypotheses and qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analysis driving to feasible solutions; (3) Identifying business opportunities and building and implementing tailored strategies; and (4) Preparing executive presentations.
