Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets and six branch locations. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services. 

We have an immediate opening for a Mortgage Loan Officer.

Experience: Three to five years of similar or related experience. Must possess or be willing to obtain a Mortgage Loan Originators registration number.

Education: Equivalent to a two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.

This individual will be responsible for assisting members with their mortgage lending needs, establishing and building both internal and external relationships as well as assisting the Sales Manager with development and implementation of sales strategies.

This position will be based out of our North Saint Paul office and be required to travel to all of our six branch locations as needed (Woodbury, North Saint Paul, Stillwater, Inver Grove Heights, Eagan and Hugo). 

The hours for the position are from 9 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday with a half hour lunch as well as Saturdays and other hours as needed.

This is a Grade Level 9, full-time, hourly position with benefits.

The starting rate of pay is $26.29 per hour plus a monthly incentive upon achieving sales targets.
