Energy Storage Markets Analyst

ENERGY STORAGE MARKETS ANALYST sought by National Grid Renewables Development, LLC (Bloomington, MN) Lead economic, commercial, & strategic analysis of energy storage projects & mkt-level opportunities. Req: Master's Deg in Energy & Environmental Policy or related major. 2 yr of exp in energy operations mgmt positions & 2 yrs of exp in (i) dvlpmt & analysis of renewable energy policy proposals; (ii) evaluating energy utility integrated resource planning costs & energy production models; (iii) quantitative methods (incl regression analysis, forecasting, statistical sampling methods); (iv) Data Analysis Tools such as R, Tableau, Python, & MS Excel; & (v) Energy Analytics Tools incl StorageVET, ReEDS, SAM & Plant Predict. Travel in the TX, MN & OH areas may be reqd 1-2 times /yr to respond to emergency storm duty. Position allows remote employment. Work must be performed during regular busi hrs in the Eastern &/or Central US time zones.
