MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

This position is eligible for a free unit onsite.

Searching for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a 300+ multifamily residential apartment community.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All onsite maintenance functions.
Physical condition of the property including vacant units, common areas and amenities.
Complete all work orders, vacant unit turns, and special projects in a timely manner meeting all deadlines.
Maintain 24- hour oncall.
All other related tasks assigned by property manager/regional manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven work experience as a Maintenance Supervisor at a large property - 2+ years.
Knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service.
Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations and all aspects of property management maintenance.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator.
Ability to read/write in English and to understand directives both orally and in writing.
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task is required.
Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.

Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Must be able to work in a highly varied work schedule. Job requirements often include weekend work hours.
