The Physical Therapist is responsible for organizing, developing, and directing physical therapy services in accordance with the standards and practices of physical therapy, state, federal, and Minnesota Masonic Home's regulations, policies, and procedures. The Physical Therapist assures that the highest degree of quality resident care, customer service, fiscal responsibility and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times. Must be pleasant, respectful, and courteous to residents, family members, visitors, and fellow employees at all times.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy. Current registration to practice physical therapy in the state of Minnesota. Experience in adult acute and long-term care facility desired, but not required. Ability to incorporate all aspects of physical therapy in total resident care. Possess \"team\" philosophy and a desire to facilitate long-term care residents to their highest level of function.
