The Scott County Community Development Agency (SC-CDA) in Shakopee, MN, is currently seeking new team member!

A full-time Property Manager (Housing Specialist-Project Based) position.  Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of affordable rental properties and administering various rent subsidy programs. Regular travel required to properties located across Scott County. The position will monitor and enforce lease and program requirements, complete interim and annual rental assistance reviews and updates, ensure accurate and timely reporting of rental and household data, work with residents to resolve complaints and issues and lead resident meetings. Hiring salary range for this position:  $27.89-$33.80/hour.
